What is the Global Seminar Entrance Examination?
グローバル・セミナー入試は、本学への高い入学意欲を持つ受験生に向いている入試です。以下の要件をすべて満たしている人が出願できます。
- Those enrolled in high schools, etc. in Akita Prefecture
- Those who have enthusiasm and aptitude for studying at our university
- Participated in the global seminar held by Akita International University in 2023 (Reiwa 5)
- Persons that high school principals, etc. can responsibly recommend
Enrollees will be selected based on the submitted application documents such as research papers, two reports submitted at the 2023 Global Seminar, and the results of individual interviews (Japanese and English) and group interviews (Japanese). Judgment will be made accordingly.
Applicants who pass the Comprehensive Selection Type Entrance Examination I will enroll in April.
It is also possible to apply for the Global Seminar entrance exam at other public universities and private universities. However, it is not possible to apply at the same time as our university's Global Workshop Entrance Examination and Comprehensive Selection Type Entrance Examination I, which are held on the same day.
Also, if you are applying to another university, please be careful not to violate the university's entrance examination rules (regarding exclusive and joint applications).

- 秋田県内の高等学校等に在籍している者
- 本学での勉学に対し、熱意と適性を有する者
- 国際教養大学が2023（令和5）年度に実施したグローバル・セミナーに参加したもの
- 高等学校長等が責任をもって推薦できる者

グローバル・セミナー入試はWEB出願システムより出願期間内にご出願ください。なお、WEB出願システムでの出願完了後、出願書類をダウンロードし、大学に郵送にて提出する必要がありますので、ご注意ください。

身体等に障がいのある志願者の事前相談について
入学志願者で、身体等に障がいがあり受験上および修学上特別な配慮を必要とする場合は、2023（令和5）年9月8日（金）までに、前記出願先まで申し出てください。
なお、相談の内容によっては、本学の試験日までに対応できず、配慮できない場合もありますので、なるべく早めに相談をしてください。
