What is “Experience AIU”?

In order to help you gain a deeper understanding of the appeal of Akita International University, we will hold hands-on information sessions in three cities across Japan (Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka). On the day of the event, we have prepared a program that will allow you to experience the appeal of our university, including explanations of international liberal arts education and trial classes.

Reservation application

Please check the following information in advance.

Applications will be accepted for the Nagoya and Tokyo venues from 4:24pm on Wednesday, April 17th.

・It is a complete advance reservation system and will be closed as soon as the capacity is reached.Applications and changes cannot be made over the phone, so please be sure to apply from the dedicated application page.
・E-mail address verification is required at the time of application. Please be sure to check in advance that your settings allow you to receive emails from aiu@ocans.jp.
・For each high school student, junior high school student, or graduate student participating, a maximum of one parent or guardian may be present. (In the venue, high school and junior high school students will be seated at the front, and parents will be seated at the back.)
・If you are not feeling well, please refrain from visiting.
・We will check the attendance certificate at the reception desk of each venue on the day.Please display it on your smartphone, etc., or bring a printed copy of your attendance certificate with you.
